Deliveries & Orders

What are the delivery times in Switzerland?

For parts in stock, delivery takes 2 to 3 business days once the order is processed. For parts produced to order, it takes up to a minimum of 3 weeks.

How much does delivery cost?

Shipping costs are calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always be informed of the shipping cost before making your purchase.

In Switzerland, shipping costs are CHF 10.- (depending on Swiss Post and the size/weight of the order).

Where can I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link. Then simply go to our Track My Order page, enter your order number + email/phone number or just your tracking number and you will be able to see where your unique piece is.

Do you ship internationally?

Delivery is currently only available in Switzerland.

Can I return an item?

Each Woven Soul piece is carefully crafted, often a one-off. Therefore, returns are not accepted unless a defect is found upon receipt (see our return policy for conditions) .

We encourage you to carefully check the sizes, descriptions, and measurements before ordering. And if you have any doubts, write to us! We're here to help you choose the right size or advise you.

I made a mistake in my address/order, what should I do?

Contact us directly via the contact page or on Instagram . If the order has not yet been shipped, we can correct the address without any problem. Once the package has been sent, unfortunately, it can no longer be changed.

Sizes & Products

How do I know if a part is in stock or produced to order?

All items in our classic collections (excluding the "Timeless Pieces" collection) are created in advance and generally in stock.

The Timeless Pieces collection includes pieces produced after the order. In this case, the delivery time can be up to 3 weeks. If the piece is already in stock, it will of course be shipped sooner.

Are the clothes produced in limited quantities?

Yes, each piece is produced in very limited quantities , sometimes even as a unique copy. (except the “ Timeless Pieces ” collection).

Each creation is designed as a piece in its own right, with particular attention paid to detail.

Once an item is sold out, it is generally not reproduced , except in exceptional circumstances ( contact us via the contact page ).

What if a piece I like is already sold out?

Some Woven Soul pieces are created as one-offs or in very small batches, making them rare, but not always impossible to find. If a piece you love is listed as "sold out," it may be possible to reproduce it upon request.

Contact us via the Contact page or write to us directly on Instagram (@wovensoul.clo) specifying the model, the desired size, and we will discuss it together.

Each request is processed on a case-by-case basis — depending on available stock and manufacturing capabilities.

How to care for embroidered clothing?

To preserve the quality and beauty of your embroidery, we strongly recommend hand washing the pieces with warm water and a mild detergent.

If you prefer to use the washing machine, place the garment in a washing bag and select a delicate cycle at a low temperature. Do not twist or rub the embroidery and avoid bleach.

To dry, air dry flat and avoid tumble drying to avoid distorting the embroidery. Ironing is possible, but place a thin cloth between the iron and the embroidery, and use a low to medium temperature.

Is it possible to customize a part?

In some cases, customization may be considered.

How do I know if an item will fit me?

There is an approximate size guide available on the " Size Guide " page. Feel free to consult it before ordering. Also, the sizes of the models are indicated in each product sheet.

Are your clothes unisex?

Yes! Most of our pieces are designed to suit all genders.

What payment methods are accepted on your site?

You can pay for your order by credit card such as Visa, Mastercard, Twint, Maestro, Klarna, and American Express. Payments are 100% secure.

Can I see the pieces being worn or have more visuals?

Of course! You can find photos and videos of the pieces worn on our Instagram account @wovensoul.clo
